Dear Lindsay,

I bet you had NO idea that last night you had a table of potentially great tippers, considering we all work in the Food & Beverage Industry.  I also bet your boss doesn’t know how rude, unfriendly, and ineffective a server you are.  When we first arrived, my friend cleaned off the table, and you never paid enough attention to us to notice that there was still garbage on the table from the previous guests.  And there sat the coloring book, crayons, and used containers of salsa until we left.  Then, we had to ask for service, you never offered it.  Lastly, not only did you SNATCH the check presenter from my hands when YOU failed to split my check as I had originally asked, but when you did “correct” it, you actually did it wrong…AGAIN!  You never checked on us to see if we needed anything.  In fact when the first round of us closed out our checks, we actually requested a different server because of your poor behavior.  Lindsay, you should try smiling sometime and even taking care of your guests.  It might help you out just a little.  But maybe you don’t need the money; the job is just so fun for you that you’d do it for free.  I mean, it’s obvious by the way you never once cracked a smile and by how rudely you treated us that this is your dream job.  Hmmm…who knows?  All I know is that because of you and your horrible service, I probably will NEVER go back to Hula Hut again.  There’s a nice view there, but that’s about it.  Oh, and one more thing, Lindsay, I’m still waiting on that coke refill.
